Snack & Lunch Suggestions
We will be taking a 20-minute break, so snacks should be light but still provide energy without being too filling.

Recommended snacks for ages 6-12:
- Fresh fruit (apple slices, grapes, bananas, or berries)
- Light sandwiches (e.g., hummus & cucumber, cheese & tomato)
- Granola bars or oat bars (low sugar preferred)
- Rice cakes with nut-free spreads
- Yogurt pouches
- Crackers with mild cheese
- Veggie sticks (carrots, cucumber, bell peppers) with hummus
- Popcorn (plain or lightly salted)
- Mini wraps with light fillings (e.g., cream cheese & spinach)

Please avoid: heavy meals, greasy foods, overly sugary snacks, or fizzy drinks.

What to Wear

To make sure everyone can move safely and comfortably, please follow these clothing guidelines:

- Hair should be tied up and off the face where possible. We go upside down a lot, and this helps keep distractions and safety risks to a minimum!

- Wear activity-appropriate clothing:

- Form-fitting, comfortable, and stretchy clothing is best.
- Leggings and a fitted top are ideal.
- Gymnastics or dance leotards work well.
- Access to bare feet is recommended for climbing!

- Avoid the following:
- Skirts, dresses, denim, very baggy clothing (these can pose safety risks).
- Jewellery, watches, or anything that could get caught.

We are so excited to see what amazing things you will achieve! If you have any questions, feel free to email us.

See you soon!
