Rebel Youth Circus Aerial Academy | Ages 6–15

For young aerialists who are ready to train, not just play.

THIS CLASS IS STRICTLY FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH PREVIOUS CIRCUS OR GYMNASTICS EXPERIENCE AS IT IS THE PROGRESSION CLASS FROM THE 10 :05 CLASS OR FOR CHILDREN WHO HAVE DONE CIRCUS OR GYMNASTICS ELSE WHERE

PLEASE ATTEND OUR WEDNESDAY OR SATURDAY 10:05 CLASS FIRST AND SPEAK TO THE TEACHER

The Rebel Youth Circus Aerial Academy is a progression-focused class for committed young students who want to develop their skills and take their aerial training further—while still having fun, of course. It’s circus after all!

This class is designed for children with previous experience in hoop, silks, trapeze or gymnastics who are ready to build stronger technique, strength, confidence and artistry.

Students will work on:

* More advanced skills on hoop, silks and trapeze
* Longer sequences and smoother transitions
* Strength and mobility conditioning for safe progression
* Performance quality, expression and stage presence
* Personal goals developed and tracked over time

The class remains fun, supportive and creative, but students will be encouraged to focus, commit to their training and safely push beyond their comfort zones. Our instructors support each student at their own individual pace.

Students will also work towards our end-of-term performance nights, giving them the opportunity to develop an act and proudly share what they have learned.

This is the next step for young aerialists who are dreaming bigger—whether they hope to perform, audition for youth programmes or simply become stronger, more confident versions of themselves.

Is this the right class for my child?

Our 9–10am Aerial Academy is for children with previous aerial or gymnastics experience who are ready to focus on progression. If your child is completely new to circus, we recommend starting in our 10–11am class. They can build their foundations there before moving into the Academy when they are ready.

Classes are booked for the full term, but new students may join partway through a term following a trial session.

Our children’s programme is operated by Inspiral.create and uses a separate booking system. Book a trial or view availability here:

We have 2 teachers for every class so we divide age groups and levels.
